The engineering team was performing upgrades on our infrastructure which removed some of our redundancy temporarily. This unfortunately caused a temporary outage as our system adapted to the lower resource limits and got caught up with systems reconnecting. This likely resulted in a number of notifications for station control units going offline/online, issues loading mobile applications intermittently, and other undefined behavior.

This was not typical for this type of routine upgrade. The team is undergoing the formal post mortem process and a report will be shared when it is completed in the coming days.
